During a self-care session, I’ll support you to help you reach your fullest potential naturally by making step-by-step changes to your self care, food, and lifestyle. We’ll practice self-love and find ways to make life enjoyable and easily integrated to influence those around you. My six month program starts with goal setting. I walk you through routines, meal planning and lifestyle practices that are customized to what you want to accomplish. Create customized health goals with Amber and be held accountable with practical, simple homework. One-on-One sessions allow you to explore your challenges in a private environment and allow you to lead the way!
Group Coaching
$95/month
Semi-private (up to three clients per group) setting provides shared accountability options. The goal is to create an open space for non-judgmental conversation and collective growth.
